Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charges. However, any cancellations made after the 24-hour window will be considered as last-minute cancellations. In such cases, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file.
Furthermore, if a client fails to notify us of their cancellation and does not show up for their appointment, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file.
To remain a future client , I require that you place a deposit for each appointment with Beauty Petals Studio moving forward after your first no call / no show & last minute cancellation. no shows or last-minute cancellations take away the opportunity for other potential clients to book an appointment.
